What is the process of booking a project / shoot?
You can enquire through our website booking form, email or from a phone call directly.
We will call/mail you for acceptance of the project with the dates availability on both parties’ convenience.
We will only commence the project after agreement is made between both parties. You must pay the advance amount prior to that.

Changes in requirement
If you have any changes in requirements after the agreement which is not mentioned before, both parties need to discuss it first. If it requires more shoots and edits, it may be subject to change in the amount of project quoted before.
Payment policy
50% advanced payment should be provided along with the acceptance of project agreement. Rest of the payment should be made after the completion of the project.
Reschedule policy
If you want to reschedule your shoot date, you must give us 7 days prior notice. Reschedule may depend on the availability of the next date.
Cancellation policy
If you wish to cancel your shoot, you must give us a notice at least 7 days prior. We will not deduct any amount and we will refund your booking amount within 7 days. If you fail to do so, you will lose the advance payment.
